L23 is a genuine housing cooperative in Linköping with the address Stenhagsvägen 2-176, even numbers. The buildings were constructed in 1977-1978 and contain 91 apartments of 2-5 rooms and a kitchen.

The fee includes home-owner's insurance supplement, fibre, TV, heating and water.
There are 88 garages (44 with charging facilities), 51 parking spaces (17 with charging facilities) and 11 visitor parking spaces (all with charging facilities).
The buildings have been upgraded over the years with, among other things, new windows in 2018-2019, new electric garage doors in 2020 and solar panels/EV charging in 2026.
